How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days since each is made to order. Need it sooner? Add the Rush Order option.

Can I personalize the colors and name?
Yes! Almost every piece is fully customizable — choose your thread and ribbon colors and enter the name exactly as you'd like it stitched on the product page.

Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely. Message us with your idea and we'll bring it to life — including most dog breeds and animal designs.

What if my order isn't right?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right. See our Returns page for details on personalized items.
