Shipping - All orders placed on a business day will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Since we are unable to predict order increases the 3-5 days may be extended. In which case we will try to notify you via email of the expected delay. Please note orders do not ship on Saturday or Monday. In addition we offer a flat rate shipping of $6.50 to the 48 contiguous states. If your order is to go elsewhere you will need to place your order by phone. Refunds - If you are to receive a refund please allow 7 business days (excluding Saturdays) for the refund to be processed. When the refund has been issued you will receive an email confirmation.
Returns - If you are 100% unsatisified with your purchase you will have 5 days to request a return. Please follow the return policy steps:

When your request for a return is approved you are responsible for the shipping. If the product is not returned in perfect condition the refund will not be issued and additional shipping will be charged to return the product back to you.
